Jeffrey Dirawo is a data systems professional with vast experience in research data management spanning over 20 years. He worked in government and various international NGOs where he was critical in the development of vital data systems for several research studies.
He studied computer processing and information systems at the US Census Bureau International Statistical Programs Centre and Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
He has been leading the ICT/Data department since the inception of the organization. Immediately before that he was with the Regai Dzive Shiri when it started in 2003 up to the end of the project.
He has a leading role in all data management aspects of CeSHHAR’s research activities and has been very instrumental in the success of the researches the organization has undertaken over the years.
Jeffrey is very innovative when it comes to providing solutions to complex data management systems. His creativity and aptitude in managing and resolving issues in his domain is beyond doubt and well recognised. He has keen interest in office automation, expert systems, data mining and cybersecurity.
